From Popcorn Machine
to Cape Town’s Cup
It started in a lockdown kitchen with too much time and a popcorn machine repurposed as a coffee roaster. 80g batches. Late nights. Friends who kept asking for more.
Five years on, Apothecary Coffee is a Cape Town micro-roastery with a permanent café at Laude Classic Cars, a coffee trailer on the promenade, and a tight-knit wholesale community that runs on our beans.
