Think decaf has to be a compromise? Think again. Our Colombia Huila Decaf uses the acclaimed sugar cane (ethyl acetate) process — widely considered the most flavour-preserving decaffeination method available. Sourced from smallholder farmers in Colombia’s high-altitude Huila department, grown at 1,200–2,000 metres above sea level, the beans are gently steam-opened and rinsed with natural ethyl acetate derived from fermented sugar cane. No harsh chemicals, no excessive heat, no pressure. Just clean, gentle caffeine removal that leaves the coffee’s character beautifully intact.
Tasting notes: Milk chocolate, graham cracker, dried fruit, gentle citrus undertones.
